Enforcement Committee
BHPC's Enforcement Committee works throughout the state to identify
areas of fraud and deception in real estate practices, help consumers understand their rights, connects the federal, state and local regulators with each other, and brings together the regulators, the regulated, private attorneys and consumers with legal assistance when necessary. The Enforcement Committee also works in collaboration with federal, state and local advocacy groups, industry associations, regulatory agencies, elected and other public officials as well as grantmakers, licensees, and other stakeholders.
Robert Strupp, Director of Research and Policy at the Community Law Center serves as Chair of the Committee. For additional information about BHPC's Enforcement Committee, please contact Rob at roberts@communitylaw.org, or by phone at 410-366-0922, ext. 16.
